Responsibilities:

• Hiring/training of all cleaning staff
• Estimating all jobs-commercial, industrial and residential
• Content management-all warehouse and client property
• Responsible for packing and cleaning client belongings

Requirements:

• Experience with fire, water, soot, mold and crime scene clean up
• Must be able to estimate all types of jobs and on types of properties
• Ability to close sale of services
• Willing to work overtime and nights as needed
