AtWork is searching for a collections representative!
- This position focuses on collecting payments and general customer service
- Candidate will be required to contact clients who defaulted on their accounts, in order to get them current
- Basic math skills to calculate payments and late fees
- Basic skip tracing duties to find contact information for accounts
- Finding new collection strategies are a key component of this position.
- Explain loan terms, repayment process, and ways to manage account.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Must pass a drug and background screen
- $14/hr plus commission
