Description

Supports the customer satisfaction efforts by:

Sharing Responsibilities and covering other admin.

Sharing Knowledge of job with other admin.

Act as a reliable resource to other employees


Duties:

Field inbound customer calls

Handle all requests for Service and Supplies

Assign Technicians to open service calls and coordinate their workflow

Monitor open service calls and technician activity

Ensure that all of the technician’s paperwork is complete and accurate

Ensure that all service ticket information is entered into computer software system in a timely manner

Ensure that all billable invoices are processed and mailed

Assist our Assistant Service Manager with any of her duties as related to contract billings

Scan and file work orders and other documents in a timely fashion

Collect and process meter readings for internal billing and leasing companies

Performs other duties as assigned by management

 

Requirements:

Must be able to learn quickly

Must have positive attitude

Must be able to handle conflicts well

Must be good at multitasking; example: multiple phones at one time

Must demonstrate positive company image by maintaining business-like appearance and conduct

Must exhibiting courtesy and sensitivity to Internal and External Customer needs

Must be trustworthy with confidential data

 

Ability to use Excel software a plus
