Seasoned Carpenter for Residential Construction - Jack of All Trades!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Experience completing remodels, framing, drywall, trim work, deck repair, roof repair, and general maintenance.
• Performs a variety of rough and finished carpentry work.
• Remodel kitchens and bathrooms.
• Personal set of tools and maintains them in a safe and efficient operating condition.
• Use strong time-management skills to complete work within scheduled time frames.
• Complete work-order reports daily.
• In depth knowledge of carpentry materials.
• Hands on experience with tools.
• Ability to communicate in cordial and respectful manner with customers and project managers.
• Tech Savvy, taking pictures and ability to text or send via email.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Multi task, do more than one job per day.
• Maintain a clean job work site.
• Abide by Osha safety guidelines.
• Attendance – showing up every day and being on time to shop and work sites.
• May be required to perform other trade areas.
• Order and pick up materials as needed.
• Maintain a valid driver license and insured personal vehicle that is equipped carry large materials and ladder.

Position Requirements

• Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
• Ability to successfully complete a background screening and drug testing.
